Black Label Rides LLC offers private group wine tours, providing a refined and exclusive way to experience Colorado’s celebrated wine country. Your group enjoys a fully private tour experience—never shared with public transportation or outside guests.
Travel in limousine-style comfort as your professional chauffeur remains with your group throughout the day. Guests are not dropped off on preset winery schedules; instead, your tour flows at a relaxed, unhurried pace, allowing you to fully enjoy each stop without watching the clock.

For your wine tour experience, guests may select a pickup location that best fits their plans—whether a residence, hotel, Airbnb, or a designated meeting point—or choose a complimentary pickup point during the booking process.
Wine touring is about savoring the moment, and safe, responsible transportation is at the heart of what we do. Traveling together allows everyone to relax, enjoy the tastings, and leave the driving to a professional chauffeur.
To ensure a smooth and well-paced itinerary, one pickup location is scheduled, and the return drop-off is to the original pickup point. This allows us to provide a seamless, comfortable, and elevated wine tour experience from start to finish.
Entertainment
Your tour is equipped with a Bluetooth sound system, and guests are encouraged to play their own music throughout the ride—set the vibe, sing along, and make it your own.
While our chauffeurs excel at smooth rides and great service, their music taste is not part of the experience—trust us, you’ll want control of the playlist.
Inclusions & Accessibility Information
Wheelchair Lift & Seating:
Our vehicle is equipped with a wheelchair lift and one designated wheelchair space. When this space is in use, total passenger capacity is reduced to a maximum of 11 guests, including the wheelchair occupant. This ensures comfort, safety, and proper securement throughout the ride.
Seating Configuration:
Seating is arranged in a luxury limousine-style bench layout, designed for comfort and a social riding experience. Passenger capacity may vary slightly based on individual size and comfort preferences, as we prioritize a relaxed and enjoyable ride rather than overcrowding.
We appreciate your understanding and are happy to help confirm the best configuration for your group prior to booking.
Chauffeur Gratuity:
Chauffeur gratuity is not included in the service rate. While always at the guest’s discretion, gratuity is graciously received and reflects the level of service provided. Please note that automatic gratuity is not applied, including for large group reservations.
Arrival & Tour Timing
We look forward to welcoming your group! Check-in will take place at your chosen pickup location approximately 15 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation, allowing everyone to arrive comfortably and begin the celebration on time.
Your tour time begins and concludes at the reserved start and end times, ensuring a smooth and well-paced experience for your special day. Arriving a few minutes early helps us deliver the relaxed, seamless service you expect—so you can focus on celebrating, connecting, and enjoying every moment together.
Reservation Date Change Policy
At Black Label Rides LLC, we understand that travel plans may change. Requests to move a reservation to a different date are welcome and subject to availability. A $25.00 rescheduling fee applies to all reservations moved to a new date.
All existing reservations are honored in the order they are booked. Date changes will not displace or override another customer’s reservation. If the requested new date is unavailable, Black Label Rides LLC will offer the next closest available option.

Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled service to avoid cancellation charges. Cancellations made within 7 days of the service date may be subject to forfeiture of the deposit or full service amount, depending on the reservation type.
